Cold Exposure

Andre Hamm

Andre is a Wim Hof Method Instructor, BREATHE Certified Coach with an Athletic Specialization, and XPT Performance Breathing Coach. He specializes in anxiety management and extreme sports performance. Through breathwork, he has found great relief from OCD and related anxiety and a deep excitement and respect for life. This has allowed him to return to his lifelong passion for skiing and driven him to spread life-changing practices to anyone who wants to learn.

After years of searching for ways to heal the mind and body, he is excited to share these incredible practices with you. He teaches simply and effectively, highlighting the mind-body connection and connecting with ourselves and nature.
