1:1 Coaching

Breathwork can seem like a daunting adventure to get started with. There are so many techniques and experts that it’s hard to know where to look! Private coaching can help you get a jump start or take a deeper dive into using the breath as a tool for your physical, mental, and spiritual growth. At ReSpirit Wellness I work with my clients to address individual goals, co-creating transformational experiences in the process.

As everyone is unique, there is no one-size-fits-all approach to breathwork. In order to address each client's needs, we start by checking in with our current breathing patterns and setting intentions for the coaching process. From there we can curate a flexible breathwork practice that supports your goals over time. Whether that is a weekly check-in and update or going deep with guided sessions, I am here to help!

At this point in time, 1:1 sessions are held via Zoom.

Baseline

We will start by checking in with where you are at the moment. This means taking physical and biochemical baselines like the Breathing IQ and the Carbon Dioxide Tolerance Test, as well as noting the severity of any symptoms and the quality of our emotional lives.

Growth

With the help of time-tested breathing techniques like the Wim Hof Method and pranayama, we will put together a breathing routine tailored to your individual needs and goals. Having trouble with a big decision? We can take a deep dive into a guided breathing session to work through stuck emotions. Looking to reduce the severity of a chronic illness? We will use science-backed exercises to reduce inflammation and tap into your body’s healing abilities.

Learning

Once we have an idea of where you’re at, we can start working towards improving your breathing and your life. The sky is the limit! At first, we will work on normalizing your breathing mechanics through simple but effective stretching, strengthening, and breathing exercises. Whether you are looking to reduce anxiety, increase your endurance, or explore your spirituality, proper mechanics will help you receive the full benefits of the techniques we will use later on.
