Breathwork Classes
We host a variety of breathwork classes both online and in person.
In person classes are a great way to meet fellow practitioners in a friendly group setting. Each class will include a fun discussion and breathwork. Some classes will explore light stretching and other wellness practices.

It has plenty of physical and mental benefits including heightened and sustained motivation as well as a reduction in inflammation. The biggest gift the cold has given me is the ability to deal with stress in a more proactive way.
