Join us for a unique breathwork series at Patagonia SLC, hosted by Andre Hamm from ReSpirit Wellness. Explore the connection between environmental health and human health through education and breathwork and learn tools to take care of yourself and your community. Each session will connect with a different local environmental nonprofit. For June 8th's class Andre will partner with Friends of Great Salt Lake. Classes are $20 and all proceeds from each course will go to the collaborating nonprofit.
