Andre, a breathwork instructor and wellness coach from Salt Lake City, Utah, knows firsthand the transformative power of the breath. While training to represent Costa Rica at the Olympics in Slopestyle Skiing, he suffered a concussion that severely affected his mental health. Breathwork was a transformative tool that allowed him to navigate the challenges of his mind and return to the mountains!
